We are rolling up our sleeves and help our portfolio companies to reach value-added milestones.

We approach each investment as a long-term commitment and expect the same dedication from the entrepreneurs and managers with whom we work. Typically, we are early stage investors and act as the lead investor. We often represents the first venture capital investment in a company with initial investments range from $1 million to as much as $3 million. In general, we commit between $1 million and $10 million in multiple rounds of financing as the company develops.

Once an investment is made we support the company in selection of key management personnel, strategic development and involvement in all other vital business activities. We assign one of our partners to each investment. Assignments are made based on the past experience and sector specializations of our partners. We bring the diverse and profound backgrounds of our partners to each investment. Each partner has experience in both operating and venture investing. We have the ability to guide our companies through the challenges of expansion and growth and devote all of our time and resources to this stage of a company's development. Our focus is to support and to help build our companies into market leaders.

Once a portfolio company has built sufficient momentum and experienced management is involved, we will transition from a more intensive role to one of active board participation.
